Well, I guess I'll start with how wonderful you were to work with. We didn't give you much help with what it was we wanted in our first house, but you somehow managed to step inside our brains and find the perfect house for us. When it came to selling that house, again we turned to you. You have become our go to girl! We have become your biggest fans! Again thank you for your time and energy.

As a home buyer, I presented some pretty definite challenges to Janice! But she took the time to discuss my needs, and dedicated herself to finding the right property in the price range I needed.
